Developing a Market Strategy

In order to sell your property quickly and for the best possible terms, it’s necessary to prepare the property for the market. This process includes, deciding when to put your property on the market, establishing a strategic price based on recent comparable sales, market conditions and your motivation to sell. The process also includes, providing you with a probable net proceeds estimate and advising you on how to make your property more appealing to potential buyers.

Marketing Your Property

Here’s an abbreviated list of the services we provide during the marketing process:

  • We will explain all of the listing documents thoroughly before you sign anything.
     
  • We will share our proven tips and techniques that will help sell your property quickly.
     
  • We will, with your approval, strategically place a “For Sale” sign on your property.

  • We will advertise your property in local newspapers and real estate magazines and other print media.
     
  • We will inform our associates and other local Realtors® about your property by way of: face to face meetings, phone calls and email.
     
  • We will be sure that our buyers are qualified before viewing your property.
     
  • We will provide periodic market activity updates that may affect your property, and suggest any subsequent price changes, if necessary.
     
  • We will present to you all offers and explain them thoroughly. We will also explain the closing process and provide you with an accurate estimate of your cash proceeds at the time of settlement.
